The Freeport Community Improvement Association (FreeportCIA) has joined with the Friends of Soule Park in the stewardship of this property, and is acting as fiscal agent, accepting all financial contributions to Soule Park and designating them solely for park purposes. The FreeportCIA is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization, and all contributions are tax deductible.
