We have chosen simply styled, durable wooden benches for the Soule Park, seating which is appropriate for this historic village by the sea. The benches have backs and arms, and are five feet long. The teak will be allowed to weather and turn a soft gray, blending in with the native plantings of the park.
If you would like to give a bench in memory of a loved one, or in honor of someone, we would welcome your inquiry. The bench will be identified by a weatherproof bronze plaque inscribed with the wording of your dedication.
A minimum donation of $1300 is required to give a bench. This covers the cost of the bench, the foundation work necessary to set it in the park, inscribing the dedication, and caring for the bench in the future. The bench will be a long lasting memorial which will be noticed and used by everyone who comes to the park.
