Probably the best way to understand the scope and efforts of The Freeport Community Improvement Association is to take a look at our Organizational Flow Chart. There are four main areas in which FCIA functions. Those are: New Projects, Working Projects, Ongoing Efforts and Freeport We Care. Every function of FCIA falls within one of these areas.
